Subscription Policy

Terms & Conditions for Prepaid Subscription 

Subscriptions are available in the duration of 3 or 6 or 9 or 12 months. Customers are able to choose the number of tins of Kendamil Stage 3 from 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 tins in every delivery. We will send your order every month. 
For example: If you subscribe for 6 months 5 tins, we will send 5 tins per month for the consecutive 6 months. 

• Payment will be made up front (1x payment)
• No partial refunds will be given. 
• No change of stage is allowed.
• Downgrade of subscription plan (for example from 4 tins per month to 3 tins per month) is not allowed. 
• Upgrade of subscription plan (for example from 5 tins per month to 6 tins per month) is not allowed. However, please contact us at our WhatsApp.
  You will be eligible to purchase the additional tins at the same cost per tin as your subscription plan. 
  For example: You want to upgrade from 5 tins per month to 6 tins per month for the duration of 6 months. 
  instead of purchasing 6 tins (1 extra tin per month for 6 months) at the normal price of $49.95, you will be able to get it at the subscription price of the initial 5 tins per month plan which is $44.45.
  All additional tins will be sent at one time, separated with customer's original subscription plan. 
• If there is a damaged product, compensation will be given in terms of product. Please submit the photo / video of the damaged product to our WhatsApp, we will follow up on the issue.
