Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

• Order Received before 12pm are shipped out by next working day (next working day if next day is public holiday). Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next working day and shipped out the next working day after.
• Minimum order value may apply. Please check shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery Modifications

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Please note that by using our platform, you authorize us to leave parcels at your doorstep as proof of delivery (photos will include door/unit number).
• Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with. 

Missed/Wrong/Damaged items

• If you have any issue with your delivery, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.  Please note that returns are not accepted 3 days after delivery and all other refunds shall follow our refund policy.
